Our awareness workshops follow the International Standard for Business Continuity ISO 22301, the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Good Practice Guidelines and national/ industry standards (e.g. AE/SCNS/NCEMA 7000, SAMA, BASEL, etc).

Workshop Duration
We recommend 2-4 hour workshops for all levels of delegates to deliver awareness knowledge. If you want to integrate sessions with your corporate policies and introduce your BCM programme then we recommend a full day workshop session.

The workshop offers a comprehensive (operational, tactical or strategic) grounding in BCM from Policy & Governance, Business Impact Analysis (BIA) through Solutions, Implementation and Exercises.
