As an independent body The Business Continuity Institute (BCI) provides certification in the form of written assurance. The CBCI certification verifies that individuals in an organisation have achieved a certain level of competence within the BCM area. Examination (optional)
The Examination comprises of 120 multiple choice questions to be answered in 2 hours (+ an extra 30 minutes for non-native English speakers).

Those who pass the examination are entitled to use the post nominal designation of CBCI – Certified by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).

The exam is also available in multiple languages for non-native English speakers.

Course Description
This is the BCI’s Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) Modular training and optional examination course. It covers the entire BCM lifecycle and prepares students to sit and pass the BCI’s Certificate Examination at the end of the course.

The course has been enhanced with a mock exam, case studies and module questions all designed to prepare students to sit the examination with confidence.

All delegates will receive a complimentary copy of the BCI’s Good Practice Guidelines.

Based on current global thinking in BC, the course has been aligned to ISO 22301 the international standard for Business Continuity Management (BCM) to ensure its international relevance and global applicability.​​

Completion of this course entitles delegates to 32 CPE credits.
