Course Description

This intensive one-day course is tailored for professionals who are responsible for managing or leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of cross-organizational programs such as business continuity, operational resilience, or risk management. Participants will learn to effectively engage with stakeholders (both internal and external) and leverage essential soft skills like communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence to ensure the success of their programs.
