Course Description
This course is a comprehensive learning opportunity covering all aspects of developing and implementing an incident response structure and crisis management capability. It begins with learning how to build an incident response structure, as introduced in the Implementation stage of the Business Continuity Management BCI life-cycle.
This course provides delegates with the opportunity to gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of this subject as well as the opportunity to apply this knowledge in the classroom using a multi-inject practical case study exercise.
The course is delivered over 8 modules covering the key concepts from anticipation of crises through to validation of a robust Crisis Management capability. This includes the roles and responsibilities required for an effective incident and crisis management response.
This course is based on the BCI Good Practice Guidelines, and reflects the current global thinking from BS 11200 and PD 17091.
Course Methodology
The learning methodology uses a mixture of presentations, discussions, case studies, video content, interactive exercises and knowledge checks to transform participant knowledge into hands-on practice in a safe environment.
Course Fees
The course fees include the BCI royalty fees as well as the learning material. The BCI uses data from the World Bank to determine the pricing structure. The course fees are depending on the place of residency/ company registration. Please contact us for pricing details.
