Course Description
This course provides the attendee with the basic knowledge and understanding of the building blocks required for developing and maintaining a robust Business Continuity Management programme and provides those individuals with a BC or resilience related role or responsibility with a comprehensive overview of the discipline. This course covers the six stages of the BCM Life-cycle and is based on global good practice as described in the Business Continuity Institute’s Good Practice Guidelines 2018 Edition and the international standard for Business Continuity ISO 22301:2019. It aims to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement a BCM programme and enable them to manage or oversee an existing mature BCM programme and to address any remedial challenges.
Course Methodology
The learning methodology uses a mixture of presentations, discussions, case studies, video content, interactive exercises and knowledge checks to transform participant knowledge into hands-on practice in a safe environment.
Course Accreditation
All students will receive an official certificate of attendance from the Business Continuity Institute (BCI). Completion of this course entitles delegates to 8 CPE/CPD credits.
Course Fees
The course fees include the BCI royalty fees as well as the learning material. The BCI uses data from the World Bank to determine the pricing structure. The course fees are depending on the place of residency/ company registration. Please contact us for pricing details.
